About Us

At UGC Creators Club we are building the best and biggest online UGC community, and we're looking for a Community COO / Program Director to come on as a partner and help us scale.

Your Role

You'll be the operational and strategic right hand, ensuring the community not only runs efficiently but
grows consistently
.

Your main goal: scale our impact and revenue while keeping the experience world-class.

You will:

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase membership and retention
• Audit and optimize the community experience (onboarding, engagement, feedback loops)
• Build and oversee a team of coaches and support staff from within the community
• Create systems to track key metrics (enrollment, satisfaction, completion, testimonials)
• Work closely with me on pricing, offers, and conversion systems
• Continuously improve member results and overall program quality
• Make sure every improvement directly ties back to growth, retention, and revenue

This is not a behind-the-scenes moderator role — it's a leadership position with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.

Compensation

• Revenue Share: 20% of net profit from the community program
• Long-Term Option: potential to transition into an equity-based leadership position as we scale

Who You Are

• Experienced in community management, online education, or coaching operations
• Obsessed with creating structure, systems, and measurable results
• Understands what makes communities
  truly valuable
  beyond surface-level engagement
• Great communicator who's proactive and detail-oriented
• Ideally has experience with digital products, coaching, or UGC creator communities
• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment where you'll shape the direction
