Our Client is hiring for JuniorAccountant (Outsourced – 6-Month Contract)

Location: Gatot Subroto, Jakarta

Work Arrangement: On-site (WFO)

Our client is looking for a Junior Accountant to support their finance operations under a 6-month outsourced assignment. This role is ideal for candidates with early career experience in accounting, exposure to import-related companies, and the ability to communicate in English—especially through email.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including AR/AP and routine bookkeeping.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial data and documentation.
• Support monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports.

Conduct simple financial analysis as required.

Understand the import process flow (for recording and terminology purposes).

• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties using English-based email communication.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and compliant financial records.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited university.

1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in import or distribution companies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Intermediate English communication skills (email and basic coordination).

• Familiarity with Xero is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to work independently, and a fast learner.

Comfortable working with deadlines and structured processes.
