Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Fitness Trainer at our Fitness First club in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Personal Fitness Trainer will design and deliver personalized fitness plans tailored to clients' goals and capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting individual and group training sessions, providing guidance on corrective exercise techniques, and promoting a safe and motivational workout environment. Trainers will also support clients in achieving their fitness goals while fostering a culture of wellness and health.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Fitness Instruction and Personal Fitness Training
  • Expertise in Corrective Exercise techniques to ensure client safety
  • Experience with Group Training and fitness program design
  • Strong knowledge of the Fitness Industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in fitness instruction or personal training (e.g., ACE, NASM) are highly preferred
  • Passion for fitness, health, and improving the well-being of others
  • Ability to inspire and motivate clients and maintain a positive attitude
