Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Fitness Trainer at PARADIGM FITNESS INDONESIA, located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized fitness plans, conducting one-on-one and group training sessions, monitoring client progress, and providing guidance on exercise techniques and corrective exercises. You will help clients achieve their fitness goals while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Fitness Instruction, Group Training, and overall Fitness Training
  • Knowledge of Corrective Exercise techniques to aid clients with specific needs
  • Familiarity with the Fitness Industry, trends, and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate clients
  • Certification in fitness training or personal training (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA) is preferred
  • Ability to adapt training programs for clients with varying fitness levels and goals
  • Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness objectives
