Responsibilities:
  • Lead UI/UX design strategy across web and mobile products.
  • Understand the brand DNA and ideate on inspiring design concepts
  • Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
  • Familiarity with design framework and design thinking concepts
  • Building storyboard on digital transformation focused on a design thinking framework
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems.
  • Building high fidelity designs and Optimize existing user interface designs
  • Create prototypes for new product ideas
  • Test new ideas before implementing
  • Build modular designs that can be used by development teams to adapt and implement
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams.
  • Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs.
  • Mentor UI/UX designers and ensure design consistency across platforms.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design with leadership exposure.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design expertise.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical parties
  • Familiarity with web, digital, mobile and data.
  • Ability to do things on time and exposure to project management systems.
  • Design, prototype and coordinate implementation services while keeping high scalability, uptime and security in mind.
  • Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and user research.
  • Fluent in English communication.
  • Candidates must be based in Jakarta.
