Job desc UI/UX Designer :

  • Merencanakan serta mengatur proses perancangan layout, tampilan, dan alur fitur TOUCHBIZ
  • Mengelola jadwal, dokumen, serta tindak lanjut hasil diskusi bersama stakeholder
  • Menyusun rekomendasi dan memelihara panduan design berbasis riset dan best practice industri
  • Mengkoordinasikan kebutuhan design dengan tim marketing UI/UX, dan divisi lain guna mendukung keselarasan lintas kanal
  • Mengawasi dan mengelola aset visual dan memastikan pembaruan design system TOUCHBIZ berjalan sesuai dengan standart operasional

Job desc UX Writer :

  • Berpartisipasi dalam sesi perencanaan dan diskusi kreatif untuk menghasilkan copy yang relevan dan memiliki strategis bagi TOUCHBIZ
  • Menyusun dan meninjau copy yang ringkas, informatif, serta selaras dengan identitas TOUCHBIZ
  • Menganalisis efektivitas copy, memastikan sesuai dengan objektif bisnis dan user experience.
  • Mengkoordinasikan kolaborasi tim UI/UX dan divisi BB Digital untuk memastikan konsistensi pesan.
  • Mengelola dan memelihara aset pendukung operasional, termasuk dokumentasi internal, materi informasi, dan konten edukatif.

  • Menunjukan integritas, inisiatif, dan ketelitian dalam mengerjakan tugas
  • Memiliki komitmen yang tinggi untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan tepat waktu
  • Dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan /target waktu
  • Cepat beradaptasi dan cepat belajar hal baru
  • Menguasai tools design seperti Figma dan tool manajemen
  • Memiliki perhatian tinggi terhadap akurasi, detail dan konsisten visual
  • Terbiasa bekerja secara kolaboratif dalam tim lintas fungsi
