Job Desc :


• Portal Education: Conduct comprehensive training and education sessions for corporate administrators, ensuring they are proficient in managing accounts, setting policies, monitoring usage, and generating reports via the portal.


• Employee Onboarding: Guide and facilitate the onboarding process for client employees, ensuring a seamless experience for linking their accounts to their company's Business profile.


• Product Adoption and Awareness: Proactively engage with both corporate administrators and employees to drive consistent product adoption across all relevant services (transport, food, delivery, etc.). Launch awareness campaigns to keep users informed of new features and best practices.


• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze key metrics related to account health, employee usage, and overall satisfaction. Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.


• Evaluation and Reporting: Generate and present regular performance reports (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews) to corporate administrators. These reports will evaluate the client's return on investment and provide data-backed insights for future strategy.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree, all major from reputable university


• Proven experience in a B2B customer success, account management, or client-facing role, preferably within the technology industry.


• Experience working with multinational clients in Southeast Asia.


• Familiarity with the Grab ecosystem and its various service offerings


• Product and segment will be different


• Work allocation: 60% stay in the Grab office, 40% more for client visit


• Strong analytical, good with data and Excel


• Fresh graduate with an internship experience is ok to proceed


• Prefer: up to 1 year of experience in the same industry and skill set
