Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1) Membuat rencana tambang jangka pendek hingga menengah berdasarkan data geologi dan sesuai target annual plan.

2) Mengawasi desain tambang (pit design, dump design, road design) agar sesuai dengan parameter teknis, keselamatan pertambangan dan regulasi pertambangan.

3) Memantau produktivitas alat berat dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk optimisasi fleet management.

4) Menyusun laporan teknis terkait rencana tambang, perhitungan cadangan dan pencapaian produksi serta laporan aktifitas mine plan engineering.

5) Melakukan penjadwalan penambangan untuk memastikan kelancaran operasi alat berat dan pemenuhan tonase.

6) Memastikan semua kegiatan penambangan sesuai dengan regulasi dan standar lingkungan yang berlaku.

7) Membina hubungan dan komunikasi yang harmonis dengan seluruh stakeholders.

8) Laporan prestasi kerja harian kepada atasan langsung dan Kepala Teknik Tambang (KTT).
