About the role

We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer & Maintenance Hauling Road Supervisor to join our team at PT Arnawarma Mineral Jaya' in Malili, South Sulawesi. This full-time role is crucial in overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our critical hauling road infrastructure, ensuring efficient and safe operations within our mining facility.

What you'll be doing

  • Inspect and assess the condition of the hauling roads, bridges, and supporting structures to identify maintenance requirements
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans, including scheduling repairs, resurfacing, and upgrades
  • Manage a team of technicians and contractors responsible for carrying out maintenance work
  • Monitor the performance of the hauling road network and implement improvements to enhance safety and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant civil engineering, construction, and safety standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with the mining operations team to coordinate road usage and minimise disruptions
  • Prepare detailed reports on the condition of the infrastructure and the maintenance activities undertaken
  • Monitor the infrastructure contractor performance
  • Perform the hauling road maintenance
  • Responsible for civil engineering affairs, develop facilities & infrastructure

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure maintenance and construction
  • Proven track record in managing maintenance projects and leading teams
  • Strong technical skills in civil engineering design, construction, and project management
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
  • Thorough understanding of relevant civil engineering standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Proficiency in using engineering software and tools
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Create design and cost estimation for infrastructure affair
