Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate from
    IT, Computer Science, Information Systems
    , or a related field.
  • Internship experience in a tech or cloud company is a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable doing administrative tasks.
  • Able to work with documents, spreadsheets, and basic computer tools.
  • Good communication skills and willing to learn about cloud products.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
  • Prepare, check, and organize sales documents such as quotations, contracts, agreements, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain customer data and sales records in the internal system/CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for contract processing and document completion.
  • Ensure all sales files and contract archives are updated and properly stored.
