Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Information Technology, or related fields

. 

-Has experience in
sales support, administrative support, or customer service

, preferably in
IT, SaaS, or technology-related industries

  • Basic understanding of
    IT concepts, cloud services, or APIs

, with the ability to follow technical documentation.

  • Strong
    organizational and time-management skills

document handling and contract tracking

  • Good
    communication and coordination skills

  • Practical experience using
    CRM systems, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and documentation tools

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the
    Sales team

, ensuring smooth progress of
contract preparation, review, and completion

.

  • Follow up with
    clients, internal teams, and partners

to monitor contract status and ensure timely submission of required documents.

  • Maintain
    accurate and up-to-date records

of sales documentation, client information, and contract milestones in the
CRM or tracking systems

.

  • Coordinate with
    technical and product teams

to understand service details, ensuring accuracy in
proposals, quotations, and agreements

.

  • Assist in the preparation of
    sales materials, reports, and basic technical summaries

for client communication.

  • Support Sales Executives in daily activities, including
    scheduling meetings, handling inquiries, and tracking project timelines

.

  • Deliver a positive customer experience by responding to client questions and clarifying
    basic product or technical information

when required.
