Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and ensure proper bookkeeping and financial reporting in accordance with PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards).
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage cash flow, accounts receivable/payable (AR/AP), and perform regular bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and file tax reports (including PPh, VAT, etc.) accurately and on time, in compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with external auditors and tax authorities.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Improve financial systems and procedures for greater efficiency and control.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Tax, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of PSAK, Indonesian taxation, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Jurnal, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented, honest, and strong analytical skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Brevet A & B certification is a plus.
