Overview

We are seeking a highly independent and resourceful
Marketing Executive based in Indonesia, Jakarta
. This role requires strong initiative, creativity, and the ability to leverage digital tools - including AI - to plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing activities. The successful candidate must be
comfortable working in English
with HQ stakeholders, while driving brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing).
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise for ROI.
  • Website & Content Management
  • Manage and update the company website (CMS, landing pages, SEO optimisation).
  • Create engaging content (articles, newsletters, social posts, visuals, videos) using digital and AI tools.
  • Brand & Online Presence
  • Maintain and strengthen brand identity across platforms.
  • Monitor competitor and industry trends to inform strategy.
  • AI & Digital Tools Integration
  • Use AI-powered tools for content creation, analytics, customer insights, and automation.
  • Explore and adopt new technologies to enhance efficiency and marketing reach.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track, measure, and report on marketing KPIs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a small team or independent role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO tools).
  • Proficiency in website management (WordPress, Wix, or equivalent CMS).
  • Comfortable using AI tools for content creation, campaign management, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
  • Highly independent, proactive, and adaptable—able to function as a "one-person marketing team."
