  • Menyiapkan laporan keuangan periodik seperti neraca, laporan laba rugi, arus kas, dan analisis kinerja keuangan.
  • Mengelola dan mengawasi proses akuntansi, termasuk pencatatan transaksi, pencocokan rekening, dan rekonsiliasi bank.
  • Memantau dan mengelola arus kas, piutang, dan hutang perusahaan.
  • Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar akuntansi dan peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku.
  • Memberikan analisis dan saran strategis kepada manajemen untuk pengambilan keputusan yang tepat.
  • Mengembangkan dan menerapkan sistem pengendalian internal yang efektif.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan departemen lain untuk mengintegrasikan informasi keuangan dan operasional.

Keterampilan, Kualifikasi, dan Pengalaman yang Dibutuhkan

  • Memiliki gelar sarjana atau setara di bidang Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau disiplin ilmu terkait.
  • Memiliki sertifikasi akuntan seperti CA, CPA, atau ACCA akan menjadi keunggulan.
  • Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di bidang akuntansi dan keuangan, khususnya di industri manufaktur atau perdagangan.
  • Mahir menggunakan perangkat lunak akuntansi dan keuangan seperti Accurate atau yang serupa.
  • Memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam tentang prinsip-prinsip akuntansi, perpajakan, dan peraturan yang berlaku.
  • Kemampuan analitik yang kuat, teliti, dan sigap dalam menyelesaikan masalah.
  • Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, baik secara lisan maupun tertulis.
