  • Corporate Actions: Menyiapkan dokumen legal perusahaan dan RUPS.
  • Advisory: Memberikan opini hukum yang praktis untuk kebutuhan bisnis.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan S1 Hukum (Law Degree).
  • Wajib memiliki pengalaman min. 1-2 tahun di Law Firm atau Konsultan Bisnis.
  • Memiliki kemampuan Legal Drafting (Eng/Ind) yang kuat.
  • Terbiasa dengan ritme kerja cepat, deadline ketat, dan detail.
  • Menghandle Client Expat
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dengan Bahasa Inggris
  • Memahami Hukum Korporasi & Perizinan Berusaha.
