  5. Strong leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills
  6. Disciplined and able to work under pressure
  7. Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI Technology

Job Description:

  1. Oversee the recruitment process and coordinate with other departments regarding manpower needs
  2. Monitor employee onboarding and training processes
  3. Resolve internal issues related to company policies and employee relations
  4. Conduct salary negotiations and coordinate with staff on employee contracts
  5. Organize and conduct employee training programs
  6. Responsible for Payroll, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration
  7. Accountable for employee performance appraisal and evaluation processes
