We're looking for a Product Commercial Associate who's passionate about turning insights, product capabilities, and customer needs into solutions that bring real value to our merchants. If you love exploring new opportunities, enjoy connecting the dots between users and products, and want to help shape majoo's next revenue engine, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct market and competitor research to validate ideas and shape commercial concepts,
  • Explore new ways to expand majoo's existing features and ecosystem into scalable, monetizable services,
  • Translate merchant needs, product gaps, and on-ground insights into clear problem statements and opportunity areas,
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Finance, Marketing, BD) to shape business models and go-to-market plans.
  • Support experimentation, pilot programs, and early-stage service launches to test traction.
  • Build decks, proposals, and light documentation to communicate progress and recommendations.
  • Stay deeply connected with majoo's product, users, and SME market landscape.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years experience in Product, Business Development, Commercial Strategy, or a similar role
  • Education in economy, management, industrial engineering or psychology can be solid foundation in this line of work
  • Curious, analytical thinker who loves discovering opportunities and understanding how things work.
  • Strong understanding of user behavior and basic product development concepts.
  • A plus if you've worked with SaaS, SME products, or service monetization.
  • Comfortable working in an evolving environment with lots of discovery and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify insights into clear recommendations.
  • Collaborative, humble, and always eager to learn.
