Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab Utama
● Melakukan identifikasi aktif dan cold calling terhadap perusahaan, travel agent, institusi, BUMN, event organizer, instansi pemerintah yang potensial membutuhkan koper atau travel merchandise dalam jumlah besar.
● Membangun dan memelihara pipeline penjualan yang kuat, fokus pada klien yang membutuhkan custom branding (logo perusahaan) atau spesifikasi khusus.
● Aktif mengikuti dan berpartisipasi dalam proses tender atau lelang pengadaan yang relevan dengan produk koper dan tas.
● Menyusun proposal penawaran (RFQ) yang detail, termasuk spesifikasi produk koper (material, ukuran, custom design), harga volume, syarat pembayaran, dan jadwal pengiriman.
● Melakukan presentasi produk yang berorientasi pada solusi bisnis klien (misalnya: koper sebagai alat branding yang efektif atau corporate reward).
● Memimpin negosiasi yang kompleks terkait harga, volume minimum pembelian (MOQ), dan ketentuan kontrak B2B.
● Menjalin dan menjaga relasi jangka panjang yang kuat dengan key decision-makers di departemen Procurement, Marketing, atau General Affairs klien.
● Memonitor Account Receivable (A/R) B2B dan memastikan proses pembayaran dari institusi berjalan lancar sesuai jatuh tempo.
● Memastikan semua data klien dan progres penjualan tercatat rapi dalam Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System / workspace.
Kualifikasi
● S1 dari jurusan yang relevan (Manajemen, Pemasaran, Administrasi Bisnis).
● Usia maks. 35 tahun dengan pengalaman kerja minimal 2-3 tahun sebagai Corporate Sales, B2B Executive, atau Key Account Manager, diutamakan pada industri merchandise, promotional items, gifting, atau pengadaan/tender.
● Terbukti memiliki kemampuan hunting dan berhasil menutup deal penjualan volume besar/proyek/tender dengan klien korporat atau pemerintah.
● Memiliki kemampuan presentasi dan negosiasi interpersonal yang sangat kuat, mampu berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan C-Level hingga Procurement.
● Mahir menyusun proposal resmi, memahami siklus pengadaan, dan familiar menggunakan CRM Software.
● Memiliki mental hunter, proaktif, berorientasi pada target, dan detail dalam mengelola administrasi penjualan.
