** Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the Corporate performance of Sales and Distribution Department, and support the Manager in achieving the sales target.
- Manage and grow current accounts/channels by tracking revenue and product feedback, tracking sales activities, market analysis, and improve sales channel performance.
- Gather market intelligence, monitor industry developments and competitor activity in the territory.
- Work closely within the team to ensure total integration of plans within the entire sales and distribution system.
- Conduct sales visit in order to get new potential corporates for registration and maintain a good relationship with current corporates.
- Follow up on any issues related to ticket sales in order to ensure the best services to the customer.
- Propose initiatives or programs to superior in order to increase the number of sales in the respective area.
- Track and monitor the sales performance in the respective area.
- Implement the activation event in order to increase the number of sales in the respective area.
**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Diploma holder in any field with at least 3 years of commercial experience in sales and distribution. Knowledge of the airlines business is preferable
- Fluent in English - written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence upward, downward, and across the organization and geographic boundaries.
- Creative, team player, self-motivated, and able to work independently to deadlines and under pressure.
- Able to think strategically, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Willing to travel frequently, and willing to be placed all around AirAsia office in Indonesia.
