About the role

As an Production Injection & Assembling Supervisor at our company, you will play a crucial role in production process. Based in Cikarang Pusat, West Java, this full-time position will see you overseeing a wide range of Production functions. The role involves leading and coaching leaders and operators, managing manpower allocation, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments such as Production control, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse.

Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the plastic injection process and assembling process to ensure consistent product quality in accordance with specifications
  • Monitor and optimize injection machine parameters to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with production procedures, policies, and production safety and quality standards.
  • Manage and train the production operator team to improve skills and performance.
  • Effectively identify and solve production issues, and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to production, machine and equipment maintenance, and team performance.

Requirement

  • Minumum Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Plastic Injection Supervisor and experience in the Assembling process or a similar positions in the manufacturing industry.
  • Understanding the plastic injection process, including injection machine parameters setting, troubleshooting and efficiency improvement.
  • Understanding the maintenance of production/ support equipment (Chiller, Compressor, MTC, Robot and others)Proficient in data analysis and the use of HR information systems
  • Good leadership skill, with effective communication and team management abilities.
  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems, such as IATF 16949, ISO.
  • Able to operate basic computer appplications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Able to speak English (written and spoken), Japanese language skills  will be an added advantage.
