Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supervisor EHS / K3 located in Central Java, Indonesia. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards and policies. Daily tasks include conducting safety inspections, managing risk assessments, investigating workplace incidents, and ensuring compliance with occupational health regulations. The role also involves training employees on safety protocols and fostering a culture of workplace safety.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices and regulations
  • Strong knowledge of Occupational Health, workplace safety standards, and compliance requirements
  • Experience in Accident Investigation and reporting
  • Skills in conducting and documenting inspections
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and make informed decisions under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred
  • Certifications in EHS or K3 standards are a plus
