**British American Tobacco Indonesia has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor in Semarang, Indonesia**

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Lead end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, stock management, delivery, and data recording.
- Ensure all activities comply with WI/OPL/OP/SOP, SWP, and safety standards (5S, EHS).
- Lead and support the Daily Direction Setting (DDS) process and implement 90-Day Action Plans.
- Conduct warehouse health checks and take corrective actions based on top 3 losses.
- Implement IWS pillars and DMS tracking tools into daily operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure business process alignment and KPI achievement.
- Maintain warehouse quality, safety, and compliance with both local regulations and company policies.
- Use UPS and WPI tools to analyze and improve warehouse operations.

**What are we looking for?**
- Proficiency in report writing and technical/conversational English.
- Able to lead warehouse foremen, daily workers, and 3rd-party contractors effectively.
- Knowledge of raw materials and finished goods, 5S practices, and SAP warehouse operations.
- Familiar with IWS pillars, DDS cycle, and Zero Loss Journey.
- Strong Excel reporting skills and capability to manage warehouse systems.
- Critical floor-level operational experience and team leadership capabilities.
- Experience in logistics (minimum 1 year preferred) or active participation in organizations.
