Tanggung Jawab Utama

  1. User & Application Support

  2. Menangani permintaan dan laporan gangguan dari user.

  3. Memberikan dukungan teknis pada aplikasi ERP.

  4. Menganalisis error aplikasi berdasarkan log, query, atau konfigurasi.

  5. Database & SQL Support

  6. Melakukan query dasar–menengah pada SQL Server.

  7. Troubleshooting data issue berdasarkan permintaan unit.

  8. Membantu validasi data dan menyiapkan report berbasis SQL.

  9. Tools & Ticketing Management

  10. Memahami software tracking seperti JIRA untuk mencatat, memonitor, dan menyelesaikan ticket.

  11. Melakukan update status sesuai SLA.

  12. Communication & Coordination

  13. Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris, lisan maupun tulisan.

  14. Berkoordinasi dengan vendor/support global jika ada isu teknis.

Minimum Qualifications: Kualifikasi

  • D3/S1 Sistem Informasi, Teknik Informatika, atau setara.
  • Menguasai Bahasa Inggris (aktif/pasif).
  • Menguasai SQL Server & query.
  • Familiar dengan software tracking seperti JIRA.
  • Pengalaman minimal 1–3 tahun (fresh graduate dipertimbangkan).
