Job Description :

1. Advanced Verification Processing

Conduct verification of identification documents, personal data, employment history, education background, and other supporting documents. Handle complex or escalated verification cases requiring deeper analysis.

2. Quality & Compliance Assurance

Ensure all verification activities comply with internal SOPs, client requirements, and regulatory standards. Identify potential inconsistencies, red flags, or fraud indicators.

3. Coordination & Stakeholder Support

Coordinate with internal teams or external stakeholders to obtain necessary information or clarify data discrepancies. Provide clear and accurate verification updates or findings to relevant parties.

4. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and maintain detailed verification reports and records. Ensure data accuracy and completeness in the system or verification platform.

5. Process Improvement

Recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of verification processes. Support initiatives related to system updates, workflow enhancements, or documentation improvements.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (spoken, written, reading, and listening).

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) is OK, if Bachelor Degree should

be Good.

• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Background Checker /

Background Checking Specialist.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• After the first month, the employee will be given KPI assessments.

• Employment duration: 1-year contract
