1. General Requirements

  • Pendidikan minimal
    S1 Teknik Telekomunikasi, Elektro, Informatika, atau Manajemen Proyek
    .
  • Pengalaman minimal
    5–8 tahun
    di bidang proyek telekomunikasi, khususnya
    FTTH / FTTx deployment
    .
  • Memiliki pengalaman
    memimpin proyek skala nasional
    atau multi-site.
  • Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan
    mengelola tim lintas daerah (regional project team)
    .
  • Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke seluruh Indonesia.


2. Technical Competencies

  • Memahami
    end-to-end FTTH system
    , termasuk:
  • Network design (ODN, feeder, distribution, drop fiber)
  • Site survey & BoQ preparation
  • Material planning & supply chain management
  • Civil works (ducting, trenching, pole, manhole)
  • Installation & commissioning
  • Testing, handover, dan as-built documentation
  • Mampu membaca
    drawing, BoM, dan project schedule (Ms Project / Primavera)
    .
  • Berpengalaman dalam
    vendor/subcon management
    , termasuk kontrak, SLA, dan progres lapangan.
  • Memahami
    regulasi & perizinan daerah
    untuk proyek fiber optic.
  • Menguasai
    budget control & cash flow monitoring
    .
  • Familiar dengan
    tools reporting
    : Power BI, Excel pivot, dashboard, dsb.


3. Managerial & Leadership Skills

  • Leadership kuat dan kemampuan komunikasi antar fungsi (engineering, procurement, finance, legal).
  • Terbiasa membuat dan mengontrol
    Project Implementation Plan (PIP)
    dan timeline nasional.
  • Kemampuan
    problem solving & decision making cepat
    di lapangan.
  • Terampil dalam
    negosiasi
    dengan pihak internal, vendor, dan client (ISP, operator).
  • Berorientasi pada
    target waktu, kualitas, dan biaya (3 constraints)
    .


4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Bertanggung jawab langsung ke
    Project Director / National Deployment Head
    .
  • Menyusun:
  • Weekly & monthly progress report
  • Risk & mitigation report
  • Project closing documentation
  • Koordinasi rutin dengan
    regional PM, QC, logistic, dan finance
    .


5. Preferred / Added Value

  • Sertifikasi
    Project Management Professional (PMP)
    ,
    PRINCE2
    , atau
    IPMA
    .
  • Memiliki pengalaman di proyek
    ISP/telecom operator
    seperti Telkom, XL, Indihome, Biznet, dsb.
  • Familiar dengan
    GIS tools
    dan sistem monitoring jaringan.
  • Memiliki pemahaman dasar
    HSE (Health, Safety, Environment)
    untuk proyek lapangan.
