Responsibility

  • Responsible for the succeeding of the project roll out that driven by business unit.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • To liaise with group technology unit or third parties/vendors in order to delivering the requirement addressed by user.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Manage the BAU operations and align to the business needs.

Requirements:

  • Windows Citrix knowledge and utilization
  • Basic Linux command parameter
  • Issue Investigation and analysis for flow process of applications in general
  • Project e2e process knowledge
  • BAU support experiences
