We are looking for an Accounting & Tax Associate to support the finance team in handling bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial reporting for clients across various industries.

This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in both accounting and taxation fields within a dynamic consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform bookkeeping and journal entries for daily financial transactions.
  • Record and maintain general ledger data accurately and timely in the accounting system.
  • Prepare monthly tax calculations (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and PPh 25) according to applicable regulations.
  • Assist clients with tax payment and e-Filing processes to ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Support in monthly and annual closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
  • Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules for management and client review.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams regarding audit, tax reporting, and client documentation.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for all accounting and tax records.
  • Monitor updates on tax and accounting regulations relevant to clients' business.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities in bookkeeping and compliance activities.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and provide assistance in resolving accounting or tax-related matters.
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance in all financial and tax activities.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance.
  • 1–3 years of experience in tax administration, accounting, or document control.
  • Familiar with Indonesian taxation regulations and e-Faktur / e-Filing systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Proactive, confident, and able to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Agile and adaptable in a dynamic consulting environment.
  • Willing to learn, open to feedback, and able to work under deadlines.
  • Willing to travel or stay at clients' site when required.
  • Willing to work full-time on-site (WFO) at Cikarang.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 WIB.
