Position Overview:

Komodo Sea Dragon is now hiring General Manager. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all department specifically logistics, accounting and daily operational, ensuring efficient and effective handling of general operational of the company. :

  1. Help each team member solve challenges, identify priorities, and remove obstacles to their efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement.

  2. Ask for feedback on how you can better support your team members.

3.Assess team member results to achieve alignment, celebrate and build on successes, and flag problems early.

  1. Provide clarity on responsibilities, processes, and policies. Serve as the first point of contact for all questions and issues pertaining to their role

Qualification:

Degree in hospitality management, or equivalent experience in hospitality

Proven experience in dive center or liveaboard

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

  • dive center or liveboard: 1 year (Preferred)
