LYD Bali Group is seeking an experienced and passionate
General Manager
to lead the operations of
La Casa Del Habano
, our premium cigar retail and lounge destination in Bali. If you have strong operational leadership, excellent customer service mindset, and a genuine interest or knowledge in cigars, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day retail and lounge operations to ensure exceptional guest experience.
  • Lead and supervise the operational team to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Manage product display, stock control, inventory, and cigar humidor maintenance.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of cigars, accessories, and related premium items.
  • Build strong relationships with high-end clientele and VIP guests.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards of La Casa Del Habano.
  • Develop marketing strategies, promotions, and events to drive sales.
  • Create and monitor operational budgets, cost controls, and revenue performance.
  • Maintain coordination with LYD Bali Group management on business planning and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in retail, lounge, F&B, or luxury hospitality management.
  • Strong understanding or interest in cigars, humidor care, and premium retail products (experience with cigars is highly preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Proven leadership, team management, and customer engagement abilities.
  • Strong business acumen, sales orientation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-groomed, professional, and confident in interacting with premium clientele.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
