Role Overview

The Pricing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and profitability by developing and implementing effective pricing strategies. This individual will be responsible for conducting market analysis, analyzing pricing trends, and making data-driven decisions to optimize pricing structures and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and market dynamics.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and pricing trends.
  • Pricing Modeling: Develop and maintain pricing models to evaluate the impact of different pricing strategies on revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Price Optimization: Analyze pricing data to identify opportunities for price optimization and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis to ensure that pricing strategies are aligned with the company's cost structure and profitability goals.
  • Pricing Communication: Communicate pricing strategies and decisions to sales teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Pricing Compliance: Ensure compliance with pricing regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing or revenue management roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, statistical software).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of pricing theory and practices.
  • Desired Skills
  • Experience in the B2C or a related field.
  • Knowledge of pricing optimization software or tools.
