Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor communication.
2. Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial transactions.
3. Input journal entries for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) in accordance with accounting principles and company policies.
4. Support the month-end and year-end Financial Statement (FS) closing processes by providing accurate and timely financial data.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline financial operations.
6. Maintain detailed documentation of financial transactions and procedures for audit purposes.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.
3. Strong proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Bank Reconciliation processes.
4. Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
5. Experience with inputting journal entries for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data management.
