Business Performance & Management

  • Conduct in-depth financial, business, industry, and risk analysis to support lending decisions for corporate banking clients.
  • Prepare high‑quality credit proposals in accordance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring thorough assessment of creditworthiness.
  • Perform regular portfolio monitoring, including covenant tracking, early warning detection, limit utilization, and risk rating updates.
  • Coordinate closely with Relationship Managers and other business units to provide accurate and timely credit recommendations.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all credit facilities, including reviewing legal documents and ensuring completeness before disbursement.
  • Support periodic portfolio reviews, stress testing, and internal/external audit processes.
  • Provide insights on client performance trends, industry risks, and potential mitigation strategies to support sound credit decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Credit Analyst, Corporate Banking Analyst, or similar role within reputable banks or financial institutions.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with proven experience preparing comprehensive credit proposals for corporate clients.
  • Solid understanding of corporate financial statements, cash flow analysis, risk assessment frameworks, and relevant banking regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate credit rationale clearly to internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple cases within tight deadlines.
