Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia, for the position of Customer Relation Staff. Specific tasks include effectively handling inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, resolving concerns, and improving customer retention. Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Retention and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Expertise in Customer Service and Customer Support
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills, with a focus on client interaction
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
  • Experience in the finance or services industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or relevant fields preferred
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English is required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
