CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER – TRADING SERVICES

Status: Full-time | Location: On-site – Jakarta

About the Role

PT Victory International Futures (VIFX) – Jakarta Kuningan Branch is looking for dedicated professionals who have a genuine interest in the trading and financial services industry.

As a Customer Relation Officer (CRO), you will act as the primary liaison between the company and its clients — helping them understand trading products and services, providing relevant education, and fostering long-term partnerships. This role offers direct exposure to global market dynamics and professional trading service practices.

Responsibilities

  • Present and explain trading products and services to potential and existing clients in a professional manner.
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly, accurately, and effectively.
  • Provide education and service recommendations in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance trust and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve performance targets ethically and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or trading is an advantage.
  • Service-oriented, solution-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Based in Jakarta (applications from candidates planning to relocate are not accepted).
  • Willing to work full-time and on-site in Jakarta.
