Technical Qualifications (Must Have)

  1. Pendidikan minimal D3 dari semua jurusan (diutamakan terkait IT, Bisnis).
  2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Product Manager atau Product Analyst.
  3. Terbuka untuk kandidat dengan pengalaman:
  4. UI/UX Researcher atau UI/UX Designer minimal 3 tahun, atau
  5. Product Marketing minimal 3 tahun.
  6. Memahami end-to-end product management process dengan baik.
  7. Memahami dan terbiasa bekerja dengan Agile Scrum.
  8. Berpengalaman dalam membuat, menerapkan, dan mengukur product metrics.
  9. Mampu melakukan market research, user research, dan competitive analysis, serta menyusun insight dan strategy dari hasil analisis.
  10. Memahami penggunaan OKR dan KPI.
  11. Mahir menggunakan Excel dan product management tools.
  12. Memiliki business acumen yang baik.
  13. Fluent in English (written & verbal).

Technical Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  1. Memahami industri payment system di Indonesia, termasuk regulasinya.
  2. Berpengalaman menyusun product marketing dan Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
  3. Memahami Design Thinking process.
  4. Memahami bahasa teknis (technical terms) untuk kolaborasi dengan tim engineering.

Job Description

  1. Mengembangkan produk dengan menyusun product strategy yang selaras dengan kebutuhan bisnis dan user.
  2. Melakukan riset, analisis, dan eksperimen terkait tren pasar, customer, dan kompetitor.
  3. Mengolah hasil riset menjadi insight, rekomendasi, dan strategi produk.
  4. Berkolaborasi dengan Product Lead, business stakeholder, dan tim lintas divisi.
  5. Memastikan produk atau fitur yang dikembangkan memberikan value bagi user dan mendukung profitabilitas SPE.
