Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing communication plans that align with AYANA Midplaza's overall business goals.
  • Manage the creation of marketing collateral, digital content, and promotional materials.
  • Oversee social media strategy and execution to drive engagement and grow online presence.
  • Coordinate public relations efforts and maintain relationships with media outlets.
  • Analyze market trends and feedback to enhance overall marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support promotional initiatives and special projects.
  • Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign management and execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market research to inform strategy.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in graphic design software and marketing automation tools is a plus.
