Naganaya Indonesia is a leading professional trade exhibition and conference organizer based in Indonesia. We have built a strong identity and reputation with our clients by consistently delivering successful events, backed by over 10 years of experience in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry.

We are looking for energetic, creative individuals who are passionate about the event and MICE industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Naganaya's event, brand awareness, and client engagement.
  • Plan and coordinate end-to-end event operations, including budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and on-site execution.
  • Manage digital marketing channels (website, social media, newsletters) to ensure consistent and impactful brand presence.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, sponsors, and strategic partners to enhance collaboration and brand reputation.
  • Oversee marketing and event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with company objectives.
  • Continuously improve marketing and event processes, introducing innovative ideas to strengthen Naganaya's position in the MICE industry.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in Marketing Communication, preferably with hands-on skills in copywriting, visual communication (DKV), and press release writing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and a focus on building positive client relationships.
  • Proficient in social media management, digital marketing tools, and creative content development.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with the confidence to communicate across diverse teams and partners.
