Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing and maintaining ISO Management System documentation, including drafting, formatting, revisions, and archiving. Supports periodic risk register updates through coordination and independent research, provides administrative and documentation support for the Risk & Business Assurance team, and assists with ad-hoc projects as required

Job Description:

  • Manage and control ISO Management System documents (SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms, etc.), including revisions, new documents, document removal, and proper archiving of native files and final versions to ensure documents are up to date and well organized.
  • Assist in drafting Management System documents (SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms, etc.) and performing document formatting.
  • Support risk owners in periodically updating the risk register, including conducting independent research as needed.
  • Provide administrative support and maintain proper documentation and filing for the Risk & Business Assurance team.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects within the Risk & Business Assurance team as required

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or Engineering
  • Proficient in operating Microsoft Office, particularly advanced in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Accustomed to working under deadlines with good time management skills
  • Eager to learn, proactive at work, and responsible for assigned tasks
  • Previous work or internship experience is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Basic exposure or understanding of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO and/or risk management is an advantage
