Jobdesk - EDI Staff
- Drafting Import Goods Notification (PIB) & Export Goods Notification (PEB)
- Transferring (submitting) PIB/PEB data to the customs system
- Verifying the accuracy of import documents such as B/L, Invoice, Packing List, COO, Insurance, etc.
- Verifying the HS code of import and export goods through INSW.
- Preparing daily reports.
Qualifications – EDI Staff (Freight Forwarder)
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Technology, Information Systems, Logistics, or International Trade Administration.
- Basic knowledge of export–import processes and related customs documents (PIB, PEB, Invoice, Packing List, COO, Incoterm etc.).
- Skilled in using EDI applications for customs (INSW, CEISA, Siap Terbang, Bravo,SLIM) as well as shipping line/airline systems.
- Detail-oriented and accurate in inputting export–import data into the EDI system.
- Ability to troubleshoot and handle EDI errors or rejections from the Customs system.
- Strong coordination skills with operations, documentation, and customs teams to ensure smooth clearance processes.
- Understanding of customs regulations, quarantine procedures, HS Codes, and international trade compliance is an advantage.
- Able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining data accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and supporting systems/software.
- Discipline, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
