Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred).

  2. 10+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or HR Development, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

  3. Strong capability in people development, performance management, assessment, HR data systems, organizational development, HR operations, and industrial relations.

  4. Excellent analytical, communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

  5. Proven experience in managing HR functions within a large-scale industrial park is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Execute HR strategies and programs at the site in alignment with guidance from the HR Director and corporate HR policies.

  2. Coordinate site performance management processes, including KPI setting, performance evaluations, and promotion processes.

  3. Manage end-to-end site recruitment, ensuring timely fulfillment of positions, especially critical roles.

  4. Oversee daily HR operations at the site, including payroll coordination and personnel administration.

  5. Handle industrial relations and employee relations at the site, including disciplinary actions, grievance handling, union coordination, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

  6. Provide HR reports, analytics, and operational insights to the HR Director and site management to support decision-making and operational improvement.

  7. Lead, supervise, and develop the site HR team.
