3D Designer
to support the design and production of high-quality jewelry using advanced 3D printing technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create new design of Jewelry (organic, not organic) depend on what's needed
  • Revise existing designs and create new ones according to production needs.
  • Perform final checks and validations on designs before the printing process.
  • Prepare and manage the 3D printing process, including:
  • Pre-heating molds and resin bottles for optimal printing results
  • Operating 3D printing machines
  • Washing and drying printed objects
  • Drying & curing process
  • Input and update relevant data into the system.
  • Perform file slicing before printing.
  • Conduct routine machine calibration.
  • Clean and maintain the resin tank (tank cleaning).
  • Trouble shoot during all the process in 3D department
  • Understand about the process of Jewelry development or willing to learn of each process from 3D draft until finish product
  • Coordinate with the Design Manager during daily meetings.
  • Doing research regarding what's update about the 3D in Jewelry world (resin, printer, software)
  • Responsible during all the process from master - finish product 3D
