Job Description:

  • Design and implement competitive and internally equitable compensation, benefits, and reward strategies.
  • Develop annual remuneration policies, bonus schemes, and reward & recognition programs.
  • Lead organization development initiatives including job evaluation, job grading, job profile updates, and organizational structure review.
  • Provide data-driven analysis and strategic recommendations to management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll and benefits administration.
  • Conduct salary surveys and market benchmarking to maintain competitiveness..
  • Drive continuous improvement in remuneration systems and organizational design.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance related to labor, taxation, and compensation policies.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as BPJS, benefit vendors, OD consultants, and survey institutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and Organization Development.
  • At least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of job evaluation, job grading, HRIS, SAP, compensation analysis, and organizational structure.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in conducting benchmarking and salary surveys.
  • Professional certifications in C&B, Job Evaluation, or Organization Development are an advantage.
