About the role

PT Sinergi Pratama Sukses is seeking a talented Legal For Construction (Batam Site Project) to join our team in Batam City, Riau Islands. This contract position plays a vital role in providing legal support and expertise to our construction projects in the region.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide legal advice and support throughout the construction project lifecycle
  2. Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of construction contracts and related legal documents
  3. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies
  4. Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with construction projects
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve legal issues
  6. Stay up-to-date with changes in construction law and regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulations and industry practices
  2. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  4. Willingness to be based in Batam City for the duration of the project
  5. Provision in English is good
