Job Description:

Our client from the beauty and skincare products based in Indonesia, known for its wide range of skincare and cosmetics product.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve financial targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and trends.
  • Supervise inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Manage store operations systems and processes efficiently.

Job Requirements:
  • Min Bachelor's Degree from reputable university, preferably Management/Business Management.
  • Min 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the beauty industry or handling beauty products.
  • Proficient in store operations, preferably in beauty stores.
  • Understanding of sales analysis and store operations.
  • Initiative and innovative ideas to attract store visitors.
