As a Commercial Analyst at Schoters, you'll transform data into strategies that drive our business growth. You'll dive deep into numbers, uncover insights, and collaborate with various teams to make smarter, data-driven decisions. From building dashboards to streamlining data processes, your work will directly impact how we shape our next big moves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Business Unit team to make decision-making (with data) and process improvements
  • Responsible for the full life cycle implementation and integration data flow
  • Design data mart (or table structures) and populate those structures with data from multiple sources
  • Create analytics dashboard for OKR monitoring
  • Improve business processes by enabling automated data collection, processing and generation
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with data visualization and BI tools (example: Looker Studio)
  • Have knowledge at least one programming language (example: python, javascript, etc)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical findings into business insights
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agile development environment
  • Have experience and knowledge related to Airtable is a plus
