About the Role

Responsible for generating actionable insights from agency operational and quality-related data. This role provides critical information to support strategic decision-making, with a focus on improving persistency, ensuring compliance, and enhancing overall productivity across the agency network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple systems.
  • Develop and maintain parameter on BQ dashboards.
  • Conduct data-driven root cause analysis on quality issues.
  • Provide EWS alerts to management.
  • Work with Compliance, Investigation, Agency Analytic Team to validate impact of implemented initiatives.
  • Ensure data governance and accuracy for regulatory and internal reporting.

KPIs:

  • Accuracy & timeliness of dashboards/reports
  • Number of proactive insights leading to risk prevention
  • Data quality index score
  • Analytical contribution to business decisions
