Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates, inspects, and reports the condition of all the manufacturing facilities (outlets, central kitchen, and warehouses) to ensure compliance with the company, food safety, and HAS regulations.
  • Conduct Internal Audit programs in support of the business, quality objectives, and certification requirements.
  • Monitors product and service quality through adherence to GMP, HACCP, and HAS.
  • Completes tasks thoroughly and accurately to ensure compliance with the company, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identifies, reports, and documents if and when there is a deviation from the company, quality, food safety, and HALAL standards.
  • Contributes to closing non-conformances resulting from internal and external audits.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology (or similar) with a minimum of 1 year experience as a Quality Assurance in the Food & Beverage Industry.
  • Experience in regulated food processing and services with familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Experience in gathering, recording, and reporting on operational and quality metrics.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and quality systems, food hygiene, and HALAL assurance systems.
  • Awareness of basic food safety, quality, and compliance standards; with an understanding of continuous improvement programs.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment and root cause analysis, with the ability to recommend and implement solutions.
  • Basic data processing and analysis skills via Microsoft Windows and Internet applications.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team; to learn and manage work priorities.
  • Prepared to work with mobility throughout Indonesia.
  • Certified as a Food Safety / HAS Internal Auditor is a plus.
