Role Overview

Responsible for leading and driving the overall sales performance of the Process Analytics division, focusing on direct B2B sales to key industrial sectors such as F&B (R&D), pharmaceuticals, chemicals, wastewater treatment (WWTP), oil & gas, and utilities (PLN). The role combines strategic planning, business development, and team leadership to ensure sustainable business growth and market penetration across Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for the Process Analytics division.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales and technical professionals across multiple regions in Indonesia.
  • Achieve and monitor monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers in target industries.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, service, and marketing) to deliver end-to-end customer solutions.
  • Utilize SAP and CRM tools for sales forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Analyze competitor activity and market dynamics to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions to support solution-based selling.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience in process analytics, laboratory instrumentation, or industrial automation.
  • Proven leadership and people management experience.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with excellent communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using SAP and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel across Indonesia.
