Key Responsibilities

  • Develop monthly
    content strategies

and
calendars

aligned with campaign objectives

  • Create
    moodboards, visual directions

, and
storyboards

for campaigns and shoots

  • Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Ads) that reflect brand identity and storytelling flow

  • Design brand and campaign assets for social media, ads, and digital platforms

  • Edit engaging video content for social media (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and digital campaigns.

  • Adapt raw footage from shoots into polished content optimized for each platform.

  • Manage up to 20 different clients from different industries.

  • Maintain consistent storytelling and pacing suited for performance marketing creatives.

  • Stay up-to-date with current social trends, editing styles, and platform best practices.

  • Organize media assets, maintain content libraries, and ensure delivery timelines are met.

  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across multiple clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Video Editor / Motion Designer, preferably in a digital agency or content studio.

  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and/or DaVinci Resolve.

  • Strong understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, and ad creative styles.

  • Creative eye for composition, rhythm, music selection, and storytelling.

  • Have a strong sense of storytelling, design, and visual rhythm

  • Understand social media trends and ad creative best practices

  • Can work independently and take ownership of your projects
