Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Online & Retail Manager to lead our e-commerce and retail sales operations. This role is responsible for managing online platforms, ensuring effective retail store performance, and driving overall sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement online and retail sales strategies.
  • Manage product content, campaigns, and promotions across e-commerce platforms.
  • Oversee daily operations of retail stores and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams for sales planning and inventory management.
  • Monitor sales performance and customer trends to optimize results.
  • Lead and develop the sales team to achieve company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing or Business preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce or retail management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and omni-channel retailing.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Result-oriented with proven ability to meet sales targets.
